EB-3 Professionals, Skilled and Other Workers Green Card Category US
Professionals who hold at least a Bachelor's degree and are members of designated professions can obtain a US Green Card. These applicants can be professionals, such as architects, engineers, lawyers, physicians, surgeons, teachers and many other professional occupations.
Persons who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have a full-time permanent job offer requiring at least two years training or work experience and are deemed skilled workers can also be eligible for a Green Card as a Professional or Skilled Worker.
Persons who have less than two years of training and work experience are deemed Other Workers and are also eligible for a Green Card under this category.

Professionals, Skilled and Other Workers (EB-3) Green Card Basic Requirements
All applicants must have a job offer from an employer in the United States. The Professionals, Skilled and other Workers applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Alternatively, the applicant can also have at least two years training or work experience in the specific field of projected employment. Finally, the applicant can have less than two years of training and work experience. The applicant will also be subject to health and character requirements.
Professionals, Skilled and Other Workers (EB-3) Green Card Entitlements
Professional or Skilled Worker applicants can live and work in the United States permanently. Their spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 who wish to accompany the applicant to the US may also obtain US Green Cards.
