Procedure

It generally can take 3-4 weeks before you may receive any university decision on your admission application. In addition to that give further 4-6 weeks for visa process, depending on the country you are applying from. By following below mentioned steps, it will assist, but not guarantee, in reducing admission timeline.

You are supposed to arrive at our office and learn about the requirements of students visa. Our education counselor will assist you in this regard and give you a checklist of documents. When the documents are ready you may send them as scanned copies to our officer with the initial fee for admission processing. The following fees are to be charged at the initial stage:

300 CND (Our Fee for admission processing)
150 CND (Registration Fee of College/University)
The fee we charge is for admission arrangement and if the admission is not arranged in the given time, this fee is refundable. The fee charged by the College/University is the administrative fee and is non refundable.
On receiving the above fee and required documents from you the admission will be processed and within the given time a Conditional* offer of admission will be arranged. After receiving the conditional admission offer the student will have to pay the first installment of the tuition fee which may range from 2000 CND to 5000 CND depending upon the College/University. When this installment of fee is paid the institution issues an UNCONDITIONAL ADMISSION OFFER which can be used for visa application.
On the issuance of unconditional offer of admission your casework officer will start your visa application preparation and file it.
